How much is shipping?
All orders shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for $5.00 flat-rate shipping via USPS or FREE SHIPPING with orders of $49+.
All orders shipped to Canada qualify for $6.00 flat-rate shipping via USPS or FREE SHIPPING with orders of $49+.

How long will it take me to receive my item(s)?
Though we try our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, some orders may take 3-5 days to process before shipping. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Additional Information Regarding Shipping:
We use USPS as our carrier. It is faster, cheaper and more reliable than its competitors, plus, it delivers on Saturday.
Our standard shipping typically takes about 5-7 business days to arrive.
Our shipping times are always an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these time frames. Unforeseen events out of our control may lengthen the shipping time.
The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we are happy to provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the carrier. Once a Claim is filed, the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled.
Please double check your shipping address. We send your order to the exact address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information.
Outside the US, we offer Priority Mail International which takes 6-10 days to arrive (customs may increase this time. This is something we have no control over.) All International orders will incur an additional shipping charge.
Important Information for Canadian Customers:
Shipping time frames are estimated via the USPS. These time frames are in no way guaranteed. The arrival of your package may take longer than expected due to circumstances out of our control (ex: customs, lost or re routed packages).
We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges.
If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.
Love Button Clothing ships packages to all 50 states and to Canada. If you need an item shipped outside the US, please contact us for a shipping estimate.
Internet Security Measures
Due to the increase in International internet fraud Love Button Clothing takes additional precautions when shipping orders Internationally as well as domestically. Your order may be held or cancelled if the purchase appears to be fraudulent.
Please note that we only ship International orders to PayPal confirmed addresses. If your address is not confirmed please contact PayPal directly for assistance. Additionally, in most cases the billing and shipping addresses must be the same. If you have questions about this please contact us directly so we can help you.
Please keep in mind that pre-order shipping dates are estimated. These ship times cannot be guaranteed as they are completely out of our control. You can rest assured that when the item is available we will ship your order as soon as possible. Please also note that if you have purchased a pre-order item and in stock items your complete order may or may not ship together. Arrangements to have your order shipped in multiple packages may be available - please contact us directly.
Can I return an item?
Love Button Clothing strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and a fabulous shopping experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you may exchange for another item in our store or for store credit within 10 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Upon receipt of your approved return, Love Button Clothing will either issue a store credit or ship the item you selected in exchange.
Pre-order items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Will my shipping costs be refunded if I exchange/return an item?
-Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return of shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping.
Can I return or exchange an item I purchased on sale?
-All sale items are FINAL SALE.
