Love Button Clothing strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and a fabulous shopping experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you may exchange for another item in our store or for store credit within 10 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Upon receipt of your approved return, Love Button Clothing will either issue a store credit or ship the item you selected in exchange.
Pre-order items, pre-sale items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require partial payment upon ordering. These items cannot be exchanged, nor is the partial deposit refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on holiday or special collection items due to the short season these items can be sold.
Will my shipping costs be refunded if I exchange/return an item?
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return of shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This also applies to orders that have qualified for free shipping.
Can I return or exchange an item I purchased on sale?
All sale items are FINAL SALE.
